LLMs were used to parse and compare the corpus of all the HIGs I could find. This is exactly the use case where LLMs make perfect sense, and made projects like this feasible and practical.

I've been an active and vocal advocate of Apple's HIG for the last 15+ years, and held a collection of historical ones. And I've always been fascinated how some of the core principles were nailed almost 50 years ago and didn't really change much since. This project is an attempt to actually map that.
